Invoices for Boarding charges, “Pet Taxi” charges and surcharges will be sent to you via email and may also be paid via google checkout.

Holidays include: Martin Luther King Day, President’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Thanksgiving, Day After Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve Day, Christmas Day, New Years Eve Day, New Years Day.

Cancellation Policy

Dog Training:
Refunds available up until the first class. Once second class has begun, no refunds.

Dog Walking/Play Groups/Daycare/Boarding:
Single Purchases – Full refund with 72 hr notice on walks/visits. Within 72-24 hours notice, 50% refund of total charged. Less than 24 hours notice, no refund.
Package of 10 walks/visits – Cancellation must be made prior to first walk/visit and subject to cancellation policy listed above. Once walks/visits have begun, if client wishes to stop our service refund is not available on remaining walks/visits. Visits do not need to be used on consecutive days, but packages must be used within 90 days of purchase.
