Invoices for “Pet Taxi” charges, long-distance travel fee and/or surcharges for same day scheduling/visits ($5) and holiday visits ($10) will be sent to you via email and may also be paid via google checkout.

Holidays include: Martin Luther King Day, President’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Thanksgiving, Day After Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve Day, Christmas Day, New Years Eve Day, New Years Day.

Cancellation Policy
Full refund with 72 hr notice on walks and pet sitting. Within 72-48 hours notice, 50% refund of total charged. Less than 48 hours notice, no refund.

Package of 10 walks/visits: Once walks/visits have begun, if client wishes to stop our service refund is not available on remaining walks/visits. Cancellation must be made prior to first walk/visit and subject to cancellation policy listed above.

Training Classes: Cancellation with full refund can be made prior to the start of the first class. Sorry, no refunds once classes have begun.
